| Exchange Disseminated Time | Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following matters:
1. Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015, and
2. Recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for dealing in the shares of the Company with effect from 4:00 p.m. on April 22, 2015 and shall open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company. Accordingly, all the Directors, Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members shall not involve in any transaction for purchase and/or sale of the equity shares of the Company during the period the Trading Window is closed. |
