Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in shares of the Company will be closed from the opening of business hours on May 12, 2014 to May 20, 2014 and the same has been communicated to the Directors and Management of the Company. |
