K. Khurana, Chief Financial Officer-cum-Company Secretary of the Company, to the Board with effect from 1st September, 2017 with the designation as Director(Finance) and Company Secretary, subject to the approval from the Members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, 2017.
In view of this with effect from 1st September, 2017, Mr. N. K. Khurana will continue to be the Key Managerial Personnel holding the office of Chief Financial Officer cum Company Secretary with additional responsibilities as a Whole time Director of the Company. |
