| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maithan Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved:
1. The reappointment of Sri B K Agarwalla as the Chairman and Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from April 01, 2016.
2. The reappointment of Sri S C Agarwalla as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from April 01, 2016.
3. The reappointment of Sri Subodh Agarwalla as the Whole - time Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from April 01, 2016.
All the above appointments are subject to approval of shareholders. |
