| Exchange Disseminated Time | Murudeshwar Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2012, has decided on the following:
1. To reappoint Mr. Satish R. Shetty as Managing Director of the Company for further period of five years w.e.f. June 27, 2012 subject to approval of shareholders.
2. To reappoint Mr. Naveen R. Shetty as Joint Managing Director of the Company for further period of five years w.e.f. June 27, 2012 subject to approval of shareholders.
3. Appoint Mr. Keremane Sankappa Shetty as Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect. He is also an independent Director. |
