We would like to inform that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and reporting of trading in Securities of the Company by employees and other connected persons pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed from the first day of month in which is Board meeting is proposed to be held i.e., May 01, 2017 until expiry of 48 Hours after the audited financial results for the financial year March 31, 2017 are submitted to the Stock Exchange.
