| Exchange Disseminated Time | Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that Remuneration Committee of the Company on March 31, 2014 has granted 16,00,000 Stock Options to the Employees/Director of the Company/Subsidiaries under various ESOP Scheme(s) of the Company, at current market price, to be converted in to one equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each on exercise of one option.
Vesting conditions and Exercise period of the stock options is as decided by the remuneration committee as per the terms and conditions of the respective ESOP schemes. |
