| Exchange Disseminated Time | | BLB Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2013, inter alia, has took note of the approval accorded to the Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s BLB Institute of Financial Markets Limited, Wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company with M/s BLB Global Business Limited, Wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi vide its order dated on July 29, 2013. The Scheme shall become effective upon filling necessary Forms with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. The certified copies of Formal Order are awaited. |
