| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sarup Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2015, has transacted the following:
1. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Board has approved and taken on record the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information & Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading By Insiders. This Code will be Effective from May 15, 2015.
2. CS Amit Kumar has resigned from the post of Company Secretary, KMP and Compliance Officer, due to personal reasons. The last day of working will be closing of working hours on June 15, 2015. Board has approved the resignation and taken on record. |
