Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed w.e.f. February 11, 2015 upto 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 are to be considered and approved. |
