| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors will be held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider and to approve the un-audited (Reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2014.
The Trading Window will remain closed for the Directors and Designated employees of the Bank from October 29, 2014 to November 10, 2014 and will reopen on November 11, 2014. In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations1992, suitable notice of the Closure of Trading Window has been given to Directors and designated employees. |
