| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/11/2016 16:02:27 | PTC Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended as on September 30, 2016.
The Board in their meeting scheduled as supra shall also be considering the proposal for re-designating the Company's Managing Director as Chairman cum Managing Director, due to unfortunate demise of the Company's Chairman Shri Late Satish Chandra Agarwal.
Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders', framed pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers, designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives on and from November 04, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) and would re-open on November 14, 2016. |
