"As informed by Tata Sons Limited, Promoters of our Holding Company, vide letter dated October 24, 2016, we would like to inform that at their Board Meeting held on October 24, 2016, Mr. Cyrus P. Mistry has been replaced as the Chairman of Tata Sons Limited with immediate effect.
Mr. Ratan N Tata shall be the interim Chairman of Tata Sons Limited until the new Chairman is appointed in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Companies Act, 2013 and the Articles of Association of Tata Sons Limited." |
