1. Fixation of Date, time & Venue of 12th Annual General Meeting
- The 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on September 28, 2017 at 4.00 P.M at the registered office of the Company.
2. Adoption of new set of Article of Association
- The existing set of Articles of Association will he substituted with the new set of Articles of Association as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rules framed thereunder and subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing
Annual General Meeting. |
