1. The appointment of Shri. S A Bhima Raja, as a Director / Whole Time Director by the Board of Directors at the Board Meeting held on January 31, 2008 has been approved by the Share holders at the Company's 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 11, 2008.
2. Shri. M G Balasubramanian, who was a Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board and his resignation has been accepted with effect from August 19, 2008. |
