Further, the Trading Window of the Company, in terms of SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015, has been dosed and shall remain closed till July 23, 2015, in view of Board Meeting scheduled for July 21, 2015, for the aforesaid purposes. |
