| Exchange Disseminated Time | Castrol India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Naveen Kumar Kshatriya, Wholetime Director of the Company designated as Managing Director has resigned as the Managing Director of the Company.
Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Naveen Kumar Kshatriya post his resignation as Managing Director of the Company has been nominated by Castrol Ltd U.K. under the provisions of the Articles of Association of the Company as Non Executive Vice Chairman of the Company.
Both the said changes are with effect from May 08, 2009. |
