Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant Rules Share Transfer Books and Register of Members will remain close from Tuesday, September 19, 2017 to Monday, September 25, 2017 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
Further, be informed that the members have provided with the facility to cast their vote electronically, through the e-voting services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on all the resolutions set forth in the notice of AGM. The e-voting period commences on Friday, September 22, 2017 at 9:30 a. m. and ends on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 5:00 p. m. The cut-off date for the purpose is September 18, 2017.
The Company will accept transfer for registration that will lodge with the Company up to the date of closure of transfer books.
