"1. Appointment of Ms. Minal Kamal Aggarwal as an Additional Director
The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on March 31, 2015, has appointed Ms. Minal Kamal Aggarwal as an additional director of the Company. Pursuant to sub-section (1) of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, Ms. Minal Kamal Aggarwal and would hold office up to the date of next annual general meeting of the Company.
Ms. Minal Kamal Aggarwal does not hold Directorship in any other Company in India.
2. Appointment of Ms. Shubharangana Naresh Goyal as an Additional Director
The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 31, 2015 has appointed Ms. Shubharangana Naresh Goyal as an additional director of the Company. Pursuant to sub-section (1) of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, Ms. Shubharangana Naresh Goyal would hold office up to the date of next annual general meeting of the Company.
Ms. Shubharangana Naresh Goyal does not hold Directorship in any other Company in India." |
