1. Re-designated Mr. Subhash Singhania as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
2. Recommended Final dividend of Rs. 1.25/- per share (i.e. 125% dividend) having face value Re. 1/- each subject to members' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
3. Considered and appointed Dr. S.K. Jain as Secretarial Auditor for conducting Secretarial Audit for FY 2015-16. |
