| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that there has been changed in the Directorate of the Company as under :
1. The nomination of Shri AK Joti, IAS (Retd.) has been withdrawn by the Government of Gujarat (GOG) effective March 01, 2013. As such he has ceased to be the Director and Chairman of the Company from that date.
2. Dr. Varesh Sinha, IAS, Chief Secretary to GOG has been nominated as Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Company by GOG and has been appointed as Chairman of the Company effective March 01, 2013. |
