due to an inadvertent error, the Company have typed appointment of Chief Finance Officer instead of appointment of Chief Executive Officer.
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, the Company has informed BSE that :
1. As approved by the Board of Directors in the Board meeting held on August 11, 2016, Mr. Prakash Iyer has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 11, 2016.
2. Amendment in the Articles of Association as transacted in the Annual General Meeting held on August 5, 2016 and passed with requisite majority. |
