| Exchange Disseminated Time | Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ravish Chopra has resigned from the directorship of the Bank on personal grounds due to his preoccupation with other engagements vide his letter dated March 29, 2016, received by the Bank on March 30, 2016.
As communicated earlier, the Bank has recently inducted two new directors on the Board, viz., Mr. Ashok Chawla
(Ex-Chairman of the Competition Commission of India) and Mr. Ajai Kumar (Ex-Chairman and Managing Director of Corporation Bank). With the resignation of Mr. Ravish Chopra, the total strength of the Board of Directors of the Bank as on date is eleven members. |
