2. Re-appointment of Shri. Shishir Jaipuria as Managing Director for a period of three years w.e.f. April 01, 2014 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
3. Fixation of remuneration of Shri. Saket Jaipuria as Executive Director for a remaining period of two years of his tenure w.e.f. February 11, 2014 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company. |
