1. Ratified the resolution of Resignation of Mr. Mahalinga Narayanan, Mr. Naresh Chandra Sharma and Ms. Mrinal Tayal from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. October 14, 2011, October 14, 2011 and November 01, 2011 respectively.
2. Ratified the resolution of Appointment of Mr. Farindra Bihari Rai and Mr. Jai Kumar Mishra as a Director of the Company w.e.f. November 01, 2011 and November 18, 2011 respectively.
3. Approval of the proposal to enter into the Scheme of Debt Restructuring with its lenders due to high rate of interest and adverse conditions in Textile Industry as a whole. |
