| Exchange Disseminated Time 08/02/2017 19:02:08 | Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, have:
1. Approved to sell, transfer, dispose of Cable Television Business (CATV Business) of the Company by way of Slump Sale into Hathway Datacom Central Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary company, pursuant to section 180 (1)(a) and other allied and applicable sections of the Companies Act, 2013. Further, reviewed and approved the Agreement to Sell for the purpose of the slump sale;
2. Approved the postal ballot notice for seeking approval of shareholders under the applicable sections of the Companies Act, 2013 for selling, transferring or disposing of the CATV Business of the Company by way of slump sale to Hathway Datacom Central Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Company. |
