| Exchange Disseminated Time | AVT Natural Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Declared an Interim Dividend of 20% (Re. 0.20/- per equity share with face value of Re. 1/- each) for the Financial year 2014-15.
2. The Board accepted the resignation of Mr. M.S.A. Kumar, Managing Director and he shall be relieved with effect from March 31, 2015 (after business hours) both as Managing Director and Director of the Company. |
