On Page No.12, of the Annual Report 2016-17, figures of the current year 2016-17 under the head 'total expenditure' was inadvertently mentioned as Rs.31709.85 lacs whereas the actual figure is Rs.32083.77 lacs and accordingly figures of Operating Profit shall be Rs.677.65 lacs instead of Rs.1051.57 lacs.
Further, it is pertinent to mention that the above mentioned typographical error does not have any effect on the financials.
The revised Page 12 of Annual Report 2016-17 is enclosed herewith for your information and records. The same has also posted on the Company's website i.e. www.salora.com
Further, the above errata shall also be published in Newspapers for Shareholders' information and copy of the same shall be forwarded to the Stock Exchanges. |
