"The Company had earlier forfeited 8800 (Eight Thousand Eight Hundred) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, for non-payment of the Call Money of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) per Equity Share.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Article 27A of the Articles of Association of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 03, 2012 had decided to cancel the said forfeited 8800 (Eight Thousand Eight Hundred) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, for non-payment of Call Money Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 44,000/-(Rupees Forty Four Thousand only)." |
