Sub Order in the matter of OPG Securities Private Limited and others.
In continuation to the Exchange Notice No.20190507-40 dated May 07, 2019, on the captioned matter.
SEBI vide its order no. WTM/KV/MRD/MRD-PoD-3/30755/2024-25 dated September 13, 2024, and has inter-alia issued following directions:
· The Noticee no. 2 shall be prohibited from accessing the securities market and from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, for a period of 6 months. The aforesaid debarment shall be in addition to the debarment of 5 years, as directed vide the 2019 SEBI OPG Order and shall start after period of initial debarment of five years gets over.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
