In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20240517-35 dated May 17, 2024, the Company has now informed that the Company inadvertently informed the Record Date fixed on 25.05.2024 for the Scrip Code: 973996 as for the purpose of Redemption instead of Part Redemption and have requested to resume trading in the Debentures with Reduded Face Value. Therefore, Trading Members are informed that Debentures of the Company listed under Scrip Code 973996 will be available for trading with Reduced Face Value w.e.f September 17, 2024 :-
