Sub: Final Order in the matter of Parsoli Corporation Limited.
SEBI vide its order no. WTM/AN/CFD/CFD-SEC-5/30814/2024-25 dated September 27, 2024, has inter-alia issued following directions:
· Noticee nos. 1 and 2 are restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner whatsoever, for a period of three years from the date of completion of public offer or payment of disgorgement amount as directed above.
· Noticee Nos. 3 and 9 are restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of two years
· Noticee nos. 4, 5and 10 are restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of one year.
This Order is effective from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
