This is with reference to ICCL circular no. 20241004-24 dated October 04, 2024, wherein the Clearing Members were notified to submit their Annual Returns for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024, through ICCL’s Electronic Filing system (IEFS) latest by October 31, 2024.

It is hereby reiterated that the Clearing Members are required to submit their Annual Returns latest by October 31, 2024, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024, through IEFS portal.
Non-Submission / Late Submission of Annual Returns for the Financial Year 2023-24 shall attract disciplinary actions as provided under Annexure-1 of the above ICCL circular no. dated October 04, 2024.
Members are once again advised to take note of the above and ensure compliance latest by October 31, 2024.
