Members are hereby informed that we have received communication from Axis Mutual Fund regarding merger of Axis CRISIL IBX 70:30 CPSE Plus SDL April 2025 Index Fund (Transferor Scheme) to Axis CRISIL IBX SDL May 2027 Index Fund (Transferee Scheme). The merger shall be effective from April 30, 2025.
As per notice cum addendum issued by Axis AMC, the investor who are not in favour of the above scheme merger can redeem their investments or switch to other Schemes of Axis Mutual Fund available for subscription without payment of exit load within a period of 30 days starting from March 28, 2025, to April 29, 2025 (Both days inclusive) through BSE StAR MF platform.
Further, as per the communication received from Axis AMC, Transferor scheme shall be ceased to exist & SIP/XSIP/ASTP/SWP registered under transferor scheme shall get rejected to Surviving scheme after the closure of business hours on April 29, 2025.
