1. Nominated Mr. Mahesh Mittal, President (Fin. & Audit) as the 'Chief Financial Officer' (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. March 17, 2012, in place of Mr. Parveen Tarika, who has ceased to be the employee of the Company; and
2. Appointed Mr. Tushar Goel as the "Asstt. Company Secretary" in place of Ms. Gurdeep Kaur, who has also ceased to be the employee of the Company. Mr. Tushar Goel has been nominated as the "Compliance Officer" to look after and redress the grievances of the shareholders and other investors. | |
