| Sub: Amendment to Listing Agreement - Insertion of Clause 47 (f) |
| |
| Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its circular No.MRD/DoP/Dep/SE/Cir-22/06 dated December 18, 2006 has inter-alia advised various intermediaries and the listed companies to designate an e-mail ID of the grievance redressal division/compliance officer exclusively for the purpose of registering complaints by investors and also take necessary follow-up action. Further, the said email ID and other relevant details are also required to be prominently displayed on websites and in various materials/pamphlets/ advertisement campaigns initiated by them for creating investor awareness. |

| Consequently, a new sub clause (f) has been incorporated in Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement after the existing sub clause (e) as under: |
f)“to designate an e-mail ID of the grievance redressel division/compliance officer exclusively for the purpose of registering
complaints by investors. The company shall display the e-mail ID and other relevant details prominently on their
websites and in the various materials / pamphlets / advertisement campaigns initiated by them for creating
investor awareness”. |
