As per the provisions of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement, companies are required to file the Corporate Governance Report within 15 days from the end of the quarter. As per the records of the Exchange 98 companies have not filed Corporate Governance Report for the quarter ended September 30, 2011 as on December 27, 2011.
