Subject: SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) (FIFTH AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2019
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has on December 26, 2019 vide notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2019/45 notified Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2019.
The aforesaid notification is appended for reference.
The regulation shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Listed Companies are requested to take note of the said amendment and comply accordingly.
