With reference to the abovesaid circulars, we have dispatched on 1st August 2018, the initial letters to 5,632 shareholders of the company, who are holding shares in physical mode to convert into Dematerialized mode by Registered Parcel along with the Notice and Annual report of the company for the year ended 31st March 2018.
