We are pleased to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Precision Wires India Ltd. will be held on Wednesday, 30th May, 2018, in Mumbai inter-alia among other things to consider and to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended (Q4) and year ended 31st March, 2018 of FY 2017-18 and to recommend Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-2018.
Further, Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from with immediate effect up to the closing hours of 01-06-2018 (both days inclusive).
