2. Closure of trading window.
This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of New Delhi Television Limited (the Company) will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 inter-alia to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018.
In view of the above mentioned Board meeting for considering the financial results, the trading window as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading for dealing in the securities of the Company will close from July 24, 2018 to August 10, 2018 (both days inclusive).
