Please find enclosed herewith a copy of Audited Financial Statements of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 as per the prescribed format pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
