1. No Book Closure for AGM : The Register of the Members and Share Transfer Books will not remain closed during the period July 23, 2018 to July, 29, 2018 for the purpose of the AGM.
2. E-Voting Period and Cut-off Date : The e-voting period commences 9.00 a.m. IST on July 25, 2018 and ends at 5.00 p.m. IST on July 29, 2018. During this period, members holding shares either in physical or dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date, i.e. July 23, 2018, may cast their vote electronically. |
