In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Hon'ble Supreme Court during today's hearing on the special leave petition filed by the Company asked the Tax Department to submit documents/information, if any, received from tax authorities in United Kingdom regarding raising of funds through issuance of bonds by NDTV Networks Plc., an erstwhile step down subsidiary of the Company in the United Kingdom. The matter is now listed for hearing on July 26, 2018.
