It is hereby further informed that as per the Circulars issued by the Stock Exchange(s) and as per the Company's Code of Conduct framed under the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window will remain closed from August 07, 2018 and shall continue until the beginning of 48 hours after the public announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results are made.
