1. approved Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018.
2. approved the text of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results, along with Segment wise revenue and results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2018.
3. recommended Dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
