Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please take note that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has, inter-alia, approved appointment of Mr. Vijay Jain as interim Chief Financial Officer, designated as 'Deputy Chief Financial Officer' of the Company with effect from April 27, 2018. He will be one of the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
Brief Profile of Mr. Vijay Jain:
Mr. Vijay Jain is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with 16 years of experience. He has worked across Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Retail Industry. His last job was with Hypercity Retail (India) Limited, erstwhile subsidiary of the Company as Chief Financial Officer.
