For the above purpose and pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders) adopted by the Company under SEBI (PIT), Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from Tuesday, July 24, 2018 upto Saturday, August 04, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Sunday, August 05, 2018.
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the aforesaid Code are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company from Tuesday, July 24, 2018 upto Saturday, August 04, 2018 (both days inclusive).
