| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/04/2018 17:19:27 | Aditya Birla Money Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved and allotted 84,561 Equity shares of Re.1/- each to the option Grantees vide through Circular Resolution passed on April 11, 2018, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS-2014).
Further, post said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 5,61,22,139 to 5,62,06,699 Equity shares of Re.1/- each aggregating Rs.5,62,06,699/-. |
