Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. Ashwini Luthra has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company designated as Independent Director w.e.f 18.10.2018.
Mr. Ashwini Luthra has been appointed for a period of 5 (five) years commencing from October 18, 2018, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
